In the protection of personal data of natural persons and the way it is processed in connection with the business activity of Parker Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Warsaw, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Therefore, Parker Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, as the controller of your personal data, is also obliged to comply with these regulations when processing personal data.
I. Basis for Personal Data Processing and Retention Period
1. Parker Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością collects personal data of customers, employees, and collaborators for the purposes of conducting business activities or in connection with these activities. Data is used only for the duration of the contract and to fulfill its terms.
2. Personal data is processed in particular for:
2.1. entering into and performing obligations under contracts,
2.2. submitting sales offers,
2.3. sending correspondence related to business activities and services or goods offered, either via postal operators or electronically,
2.4. providing service or handling complaints,
2.5. asserting claims or participating in ongoing court or administrative proceedings,
2.6. marketing and advertising the company’s business.
3. Personal data will be retained for the period:
3.1. of contract performance and related claims,
3.2. prescribed by law for data retention,
3.3. of potential warranty or damage claims arising from business activities.

- Residential address,
- Mailing address,
- Contact phone number,
- PESEL (Personal Identification Number),
- NIP (Tax Identification Number),
- ……..
III. Information and Access to Personal Data
Any individual whose personal data is processed by Parker Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością has the right to obtain information and access to their personal data. In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulation, anyone whose personal data is processed may request the company to:
1. Confirm whether their personal data is being processed,
2. Provide access to their personal data,
3. Provide information about:
3.1. the purpose of processing,
3.2. the type of personal data being processed,
3.3. categories of recipients,
3.4. the planned retention period of the data,
4. Provide a copy of the processed data,
5. Correct inaccurate personal data,
6. Supplement personal data to the indicated extent,
7. Restrict the processing of personal data in case of processing errors,
8. Delete data processed without proper consent or against the regulation’s provisions,
9. Transfer data to another controller in a commonly used machine-readable format.
IV. Sharing Personal Data
Parker Poland Sp. z o.o., within the scope of its business activities, transfers personal data to the following entities:
- Employees and cooperating entities,
- Entities providing legal and consulting services,
- Entities providing IT services,
- Entities providing medical and insurance services in the execution of service contracts,
- Postal and courier service providers to the extent necessary to perform activities related to the company’s business and the interests of the person whose data is being shared.
V. Right to Withdraw Consent for Data Processing
Anyone who has given consent to the processing of personal data is entitled to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that was carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal.
VI. Right to Data Erasure
1. An individual whose personal data is being processed has the right to request the immediate deletion of their personal data. The controller will delete the data without delay if any of the following conditions are met:
1.1. the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
1.2. the individual has withdrawn their consent,
1.3. the individual has objected to the processing,
1.4. the personal data was processed unlawfully,
1.5. the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation,
1.6. the personal data was collected in relation to the offering of information society services as referred to in Article 8(1) of the Regulation.
VII. Right to Object
An individual may object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, at any time to the processing of their personal data by Parker Poland Sp. z o.o. In such cases, Parker Poland Sp. z o.o. will no longer have the right to process the data unless the company demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the individual or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
VIII. Right to File a Complaint
If you determine that Parker Poland Sp. z o.o. processes your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
